We have been involved in over 70 domestic and international arbitration proceedings from all perspectives and have the legal and intercultural skills to successfully resolve cross-border disputes.
We handle matters across borders and provide comprehensive advice to our clients: on the drafting of arbitration agreements, the internal case analysis, the support in settlement discussions, the selection of arbitrators, the representation in arbitration proceedings as well as the enforcement or setting aside of arbitral awards.
In arbitrations governed by foreign laws or seated outside of Germany, we work together with a well-established network of colleagues.

We support in conflict management and crisis communication, analyse conflict risks and develop tailor-made litigation strategies.
In commercial disputes, we advise and represent our clients in all types of dispute resolution mechanisms: in litigations, arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolutions (ADR).
We regularly act as mediators, experts and adjudicators in high-stakes and complex cases. We also assist in the implementation of claim management structures through trainings and workshops.

With many years of experience in legal departments of globally operating companies and in leading law firms, we are skilled in drafting and negotiating contracts, such as supply agreements, construction contracts (often FIDIC based) as well as service, distribution and licensing agreements.
